Defence Confirmation

To purchase certain items in your cart, you must provide valid Defence Evidence or a legitimate reason. This applies to, but is not limited to, replica firearms, replica guns, and other replica weaponry.

This is a legal requirement under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, as set out by the UK Government. We are required to collect defence evidence to ensure compliance and prevent the unlawful sale of replica items.

If you are ordering an airsoft replica outside of the United Kingdom, please note that we cannot be held responsible for local laws governing replica firearms. However, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you if additional requirements apply.

By proceeding with an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that the order and defence details are in your own name and registered address. We reserve the right to request additional proof if required. Orders found to be non-compliant may be cancelled without further notice.

EU Warehouse Delivery Notice

EU warehouse orders are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Even if a next-day delivery option is selected, EU warehouse orders may require up to 21+ additional days due to processing, customs clearance, and transit times.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery may occur after Christmas.

Battery Charging Safety Notice

NiMH Batteries & Chargers

NiMH batteries must only be charged using NiMH-compatible chargers.

Different battery types use different chemical compositions and require specific charging voltages. Using an incorrect charger may result in battery damage, charger failure, or a fire risk.

Please follow these safety guidelines:

  • NiMH batteries → NiMH chargers only

  • LiPo batteries → LiPo chargers only

  • If using a multi-type charger, always ensure the correct mode is selected before charging

We strongly recommend the use of a safe charging bag, particularly when charging LiPo batteries.
