Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with First & Only Retail ("we", "us", "our"). It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Shipping locations
1.1 United Kingdom
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom and to our Airsoft on site locations.
1.2 International shipping
International shipping may be available on selected items only. Due to the nature of airsoft products and accessories, international orders are placed entirely at the customer’s risk.
It is your responsibility to ensure:

The items you order are legal in your destination country

Any required licences, permits or documentation are obtained before ordering
We are not responsible for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.
2. Shipping methods & delivery times
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Courier delays

Weather conditions

High order volumes

Stock availability
We are not responsible for consequential losses caused by delayed delivery (for example, missed game days or time off work).
3. Order processing times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within the timeframe shown on the product page or during checkout.
Please note:

Orders containing two-tone services or workshop services will require additional processing time

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
4. Delivery responsibility & failed deliveries
All orders are shipped via a third-party courier.
It is your responsibility to ensure:

The delivery address is complete and accurate

Someone is available to receive the delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, delivery charges will not be refunded.
If a parcel is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the courier may charge a re-routing fee. We reserve the right to pass this fee on to you.
5. Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels
5.1 Lost or delayed in transit
If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed in transit, you must notify us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the dispatch date so we can investigate with the courier.
5.2 Marked as delivered but not received
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you believe it has not been received:

Check with neighbours or household members

In some cases, a police report or crime reference number may be required
If a parcel is stolen after delivery has been confirmed, this may need to be reported to your local police.
6. Shipping restrictions (airsoft items)
For legal and safety reasons:

Airsoft replicas may only be shipped to customers aged 18 or over

Orders may be held for age or defence verification where required by law

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally fulfilled
7. International customs & duties
For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
If an order is refused, seized, or returned by customs, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If goods are returned to us by customs, we may refund the cost of the goods excluding shipping, minus any charges or fees imposed by the customs authority, once the goods are received and inspected.
8. Courier selection
We reserve the right to select the courier used for each order, regardless of the delivery option chosen, provided the service level is equivalent.
