Product Overview
This Laylax First Factory gasket replaces the standard gas route packing in Tokyo Marui MWS (Zet System) gas blowback magazines, the seal where the magazine meets the rifle's loading nozzle. It is made in Japan and is designed to improve gas efficiency, cycle speed and FPS consistency.
Instead of the sharper internal angles found on the factory rubber, the gas path inside the gasket follows a smooth curve to reduce flow resistance between the magazine and the nozzle. It is moulded from an oil-resistant, gas-resistant rubber that holds its shape with Green Gas or HFC134a, and the contact face has a low-friction finish so the loading nozzle slides smoothly over it.
Key Features
- Smooth, curved internal gas path to reduce flow resistance
- Close dimensional tolerances for an airtight seal against the loading nozzle
- Low-friction surface treatment on the nozzle contact face
- Oil-resistant, gas-resistant rubber compound, suitable for Green Gas and HFC134a
- Rubber formula designed not to harden in cold conditions
- Made in Japan

Installation and Care
Remove the magazine lip pin to take out the factory rubber. Make sure the new gasket is fully seated and level in the magazine before refitting the top lip. Keep the face of the gasket free of dirt and grit, and avoid heavy oil; a very light wipe of thin silicone lubricant on the outer sliding surface is enough.
